Order Cancellation (Within 2 Hours)

Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@buzzbea.com with the subject line:
“Cancel – Order No.”

If you choose to receive your refund back to your original payment method, a 5% deduction will apply to cover payment gateway charges.

Refunds can be issued either to your Buzz Bea wallet or to your source account.
Processing time is 24 to 48 hours, though it may take up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.



Cancellation of Shipped Orders

If a cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, a 25% deduction will apply.
The remaining balance will be credited to your source account.

This deduction covers material costs, labor charges, and packaging expenses incurred during order processing.



International Orders

• A full refund can be processed to your Buzz Bea wallet or source account if the cancellation request is made within 2 hours.
• If the cancellation is made after 2 hours or after the order has been shipped, 50% of the order value will be refunded.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped or canceled after the 2-hour window.
